Returns

At Caroline & Grace Charleston, we do our best to make sure you're happy with your purchase. However, we understand you may sometimes want to return an item. This page explains our return policy in detail.

Return Conditions

• Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees, are the full responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and accessories attached, and kept in their original condition.
• Trying an item on is fine, but please do not wear it.
• We cannot accept returns on items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent of returning part or all of the order.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@carolineandgrace.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
2. We will provide you with the return address.
3. All costs related to the return, including customs fees and shipping, are the customer's responsibility.
4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and have confirmed and approved its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address you provided.
• Customers are responsible for any errors in the address provided.
• Please report any address errors within 24 hours of placing your order.
